I value your business, and take pride in giving you my 100% best with that being said if you cancel that is a slot I could have had an opportunity to fill A cancelation fee of 30% will be charged to you for your scheduled appointment price and time slot on my books If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time. *late policy, I ask that you’re not more than 5 minutes late to your appointment* if we have to trouble shoot always call and I can see what I can do. “I know life happens” A complete “No show” will forfeit you responsible to pay the 50% of the service fee and will result in you becoming a restricted client and will no longer be able to book with me. *Emergency exemptions of course will not be changed and or refunded to the client upon communication with me*
